There are no refunds given under any circumstances for prepaid services, except in the case of a serious medical condition.
As a courtesy, we ask for 24 hours notice when canceling an appointment. If the appointment is not appropriately canceled within 24 hours, you will be billed the cost of the training session and will be expected to send payment within ten days of the invoice date. Pre-purchased appointments will be lost and will not be refunded. If you are over 5 minutes late for a scheduled appointment and have not contacted someone at Sandbox Training, LLC. it is at the CME’s discretion to keep your appointment or not.
